The workspace

This is a private workspace provided by AayKay Consulting Inc. for financing applications and related documents. Access is by account only; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Your information

You confirm that the information and documents you submit are accurate and belong to you (or that you are authorized to submit them). Submitting an application does not guarantee financing; each application is assessed by the relevant lender.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or attempt to access other users' deals or documents.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We work to keep the workspace available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
