What we collect

To process financing applications we collect the information you provide: contact details, identification documents, income and employment information, credit reports you authorize us to pull, and any documents you upload to your workspace.

How we use it

• To assess, submit, and track your financing application with lenders.
• To communicate with you about your application.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with lenders and service providers involved in your application, and only what each needs.

Security

Your workspace is protected by account authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based access. Documents are stored in secure cloud storage with access limited to your deal.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at applications@aaykay.ca. We handle requests in line with Canada's PIPEDA.

Cookies

This workspace uses one strictly functional cookie: your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
